We are engaged in what happens around us: we strive for a better future where science and technology play an important role.
A long way
In the 80s and 90s, when the Flemish do-centre for science and technology was still a far-off dream, we were already wetting the appetite of the Flemish people for science and technology. We did so as Flanders Technology International or F.T.I in short.
F.T.I is still the engine behind Technopolis.

The driving force behind our team is Stephane Berghmans, our General Manager.

With the Boards of Directors of resp. F.T.I and Technopolis, the General Assembly of F.T.I and the Scientific Committee that advises F.T.I and Technopolis, we’re all building the future of Technopolis.
